Owning a part of Secretariat

I grew up loving horses, my grandfather owned thoroughbreds , breed and raced them. Through him I learned so much about racing, going to the races  at Keenland or Churchill Downs was always so exciting, My favorite of his thoroughbreds was Copper Prize,  my grand daddy told  me about a special horse named Secretariat, When I was watching him race, Wow! I was so in love.   It was always a dream to own part of history, especially a thoroughbred like Secretariat. Later on in my life I purchased an appendix barrel horse for my daughter, when I registered him in her name and received his paper from the AQHA, I started looking at his pedigree, of course I looked at thoroughbred side first, Damn side was thoroughbred and Sire was Quarter horse, knowing Secretariat had been breed 600+ times what was the odds that I would be looking at his pedigree in our Bruno. I about fell out of my chair and thought there is a typo something wrong here and I ran made a phone call to AQHA, the lady laughed and said ma'am there is no error, your horse has Secretariat bloodline.
